One of the most obnoxious female leads I have ever encountered in any media. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the cast and the story wouldn't be half bad without her, but considering she's reincarnated and was an adult before, I can't help but hate her. In any other isekai story, she would be the type of character to be considered a "villainess", just here she's oh so loveable and hardly anyone ever calls her out on her extremely hurtful behavior because she's allegedly angelic.

I'm fine with it if people like her but I can't. She's an adult and goes on and on about how cute she is and how tragically she is treated by her father who, apart from the first few instances, hasn't done anything to remotely hurt her, yet she acts as though she will die at any moment.

Not to mention she hurts Asisi with her words while being fully aware that it will. But instead of reflecting, everyone else is always in the wrong and she never is. In a way she can't even be blamed. Since everyone treats her like she's some sort of divine being and lets her get away with almost everything, it's no wonder she's incredibly conceited and simply annoying. But the thing that's upsetting is that she acts like she's the one with the most tragic fate. She doesn't do much to better herself or even learn about politics, etc., acting like it's a hassle and therefore the reader barely gets to know anything either.

I dropped this after over 120 chapters because I couldn't take her anymore. It's one thing to start as conceited and then learn about your mistakes. But it's another to consider yourself cute and flawless while deeming yourself the most tragic of characters and have everyone support such egocentric behavior. She's simply selfish and only thinks about herself. And whenever you think she actually grows a conscience and shows some empathy, it just appears terribly fake, as though to redeem herself. But in the end it hides that it's all still done out of self-interest to feel better about herself.

She barely attempts to learn about circumstances. If she was really a child it would be understandable but the thing is, she's not. She's an adult. And when someone doesn't want to share it, she pushes them until she gets her way. But instead of considering that extremely selfish behavior, they all think she's so sweet and caring when her thoughts don't really match that but rather show a girl only caring about herself.

If she weren't so annoying and everyone treating her as the opposite for insulting behavior, this would have been really good. But Ariadna is simply annoying. I can't even sympathize with her because she rarely ever reflects on her terrible behavior or realizes it's harmful. Everyone even supports and adds to it. And she doesn't learn for years and years. I'm all for flaws and like characters with edges. But she's terrible while everyone treats her as a saint. She is a spoiled brat. I actually wished she would experience some hardship so she knows what real misery feels like. Maybe she wouldn't be such a boring and repetitive character then only boasting her looks and hardly showing real care toward anyone but herself.
