Mabel’s been mocked her whole life for her nonexistent magical ability, but when she finally meets her true father, it’s the all-powerful archmage, Raquiel! Forced by an imperial pact to let her go long ago, he can now welcome her into his home, with his half-wolf butler, three nymph sisters, a fox halfling, and a kind disciple to watch over her. But dark secrets from his past threaten to catch up with them. Will his magic be enough to protect her? Could she even come into a power all her own?
i'll be as honest as possible, this manhwa had alot of potential and could have done amazing things, but i think the translator was realing letting it down, it took months on end to get one chpt that was 'ok' in length, but then the translator did a realy shotty job doing this, i can tell that english is there second laguage because you could only read little bits of the paragraph at a time then would have to read it again to make sure you understood it correctly. the art was ok, it wasnt bad, but it wasnt something that you would look at and be like 'wow, the art is good'. anyways, had alot of potental to grow charicters were good, i have seen that plot many times befor, but the translator let it down the most.
I really don't have anything against this manga. It's mediocre, I know for a fact I will drop this one day. Story: Maybelle, an abused child, discovers that her real (biological) parent is somewhere out there. Of course, she searches for him and eventually finds a cold, ruthless man named Rykell. Their relationship is very similar to how Who Made Me a Princess? began. Art: Just above average, the head shapes feel off sometimes. Characters: Maybelle has a pretty bland personality and Rykell is very similar to Claude (from the manga I mentioned earlier). The main characters are very predictable. Overall: 3/5 stars
