This was a fantastic retelling of 'Journey to the West'. The humor was current and referencial to asian mythology, the characters both interesting and well drawn. Honestly, it was so refreshing and interesting that I wish there was more to the translation I read. I wouldn't be surprised if this became an anime. Worth the read, worh looking up the cultural references.
