Conent wise, both Azumanga Daioh and Cromartie High School are fairly random high school-based comedy. One focuses on a bunch of cute girls and the other big delinquent boys, so though the subject matter isn't particularly similar, the style of comedy is. Also both of these are more like sketches rather than one long story, so if you like that in your comedy manga and liked one of these, then try the other.

Akira

Akira

Cromartie High School seriously struck me as what Akira would be if the cast were trapped inside a high school instead of gang banging in a post-apocalyptic world. Both mangas focus on guys who kind of scare me, but examine them from completely different angles. If you like tough guys, but can't choose between drama and comedy, never fear! The action of Akira and the randomness of Cromartie should completely fill your quota of maladjusted young men!

Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball

If she gathers them all, an incredibly powerful dragon will appear and grant her one wish. But the precious orbs are scattered all over the world, and Bulma needs Goku's help (and his super-strength)! With a magic staff for a weapon and a flying cloud for a ride, Goku sets out on the adventure of a lifetime…

The humor in Dragon Ball and Cromartie High School is aimed at the exact same crowd. It's crude and bawdy, over the top and unpredictable... if you laughed at one, you'll probably get a chuckle out of the other as well.

Kachou Baka Ichidachi

Kachou Baka Ichidachi

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Yagami-san, the only one section chief you would never want to work with, unless you like the kind of stupid guy who got in the workplace by a gigantic cosmic error in the arrangement of the stars on the recruitment day.

They're by the same author; have the same borderline sane/outlandish humor with mundane stuff made comedic and the same manly art style that retains the Nonaka flavor. If you're a fan of one, check out the other for more oddball comedy with a foot on the ground.

Both may get wordy sometimes but it's just that Nonaka flavor of comedy at work.

Be-Bop Highschool

Be-Bop Highschool

The story revolves around the lives of two rough-and-tumble high-school friends Kato Hiroshi and Nakama Toru, who seemed to make a habit of getting into trouble and starting up fights.

Both set in rough schools and based around the lives of delinquents, Both these mangas have the same air to them. Cromartie is slightly more wacky, whereas bebop is more realistic but still a fun comedic read

Daily Lives of High School Boys

Daily Lives of High School Boys

High-school boys are really simple and curious creatures. They want one and only one thing: girls. But they haven't got a clue about them. Male teenagers are dumbfounded by the girls' thought process, actions, appearance and everything in between. They spend countless hours amongst themselves discussing and arguing their theories which are usually completely off base. If only they had the courage to ask them instead of screwing around and talking about nonsensical things, they might get somewhere.

Crows

Crows

Bouya Harumichi is a new transfer student to Suzuran all-boys high school, a place where only the worst delinquents assemble. Due to its large amount of delinquents who are hated by the general people for their inauspiciousness, similarly to crows, it is also known as "Crows High School". Harumichi is an insanely strong fighter but has an irresponsible personality. How will he act in this new environment where everyone is a delinquent?

Crows Gaiden Housenka - The Beginning of Housen

Crows Gaiden Housenka - The Beginning of Housen

Before Narumi Taiga, Bitou Tatsuya, King Joe and Tsukimoto Mitsumasa, there was Terakado Butta. This is the story of how, under his leadership, Housen became the powerhouse that would become Suzuran High School's greatest opponent. Butta was there the year the school was founded, and without him, we would have never had the Housen Hitman we know and fear today.
