Crash!

Hana Shiraboshi might seem like a typical high school girl, but she carries a secret: her mother is the president of the talent agency White Star, and Hana happens to get a nosebleed any time she’s around a potential idol-to-be! One day, Hana is 'scouting' in Central Park when she sees a group of five boys arguing, as a major nosebleed ensues and causes her to faint. To fulfill her dream of becoming a manager, Hana must now find the five boys once more within one month and convince them to become idols... but will she be able to do it?

The plot's not really the problem. The story is great and the characters are too, but I dislike the main character change in the middle of the story. I don't see WHY the author chose to change the MC so randomly. To be honest, I got attached to the previous MC and dropped the manga. Didn't see the purpose of the sudden swap, didn't like it. I mean, I could have kept reading it if the MC hadn't been changed, because the plot is interesting and seeing the group slowly getting more attention and their manager (the previous MC) working hard for their sake was entertaining and wholesome. Alas, I got attached to her so I just couldn't bring myself to read any further knowing she was not the main character anymore.
