The art is amazing and the characters have depth + aren't modeled after any annoying sterotypes. I love the detail put into the tattoos and the fight scenes. The story also has a ton of potential even though the whole "church warriors fight demons" has been almost overused. This is a rather fresh spin, especially with the conflict between the factions of the church and Sunny as a character.  Erza is one of my favorite main characters as he's got a good balance of goofy and kind with badass and introspective. I would also risk it all for Samson, everytime she's on screen I have to ready my fainting couch.  This story also gets points for diveristy and comedy. Sadly I've noticed quite a few homophobes in the comments of this webtoon and they can suck it, the story is goddamn amazing.

This was a lovely BL action-adventure read! Great characters, wonderful fight scenes, exciting plot and no tropes anywhere in sight. I've been looking for good action stories that happen to have a gay MC and that is exactly what I got. The romance part is very slow-burn, but the tension is very fun to read. Bonus: thoughtful character designs and worldbuilding. Recommended! Just adding this in here too: If you are looking for another BL adventure story, "The Croaking" on webtoons is fantastic. Scra and Sunny even look rather similar. It doesn't have an anime-planet profile so I'm just putting this here!
