Despite the name of the manga, there is no incest whatsoever(thank goodness). The characters are just familiar tropes but with a strange twist that you don't see really often in yaoi like these. The story will make you want to keep reading, except for one scene where (SPOILER ALERT) the older brother in his younger brother's body almost gets raped. Other than that everything was really enjoyable and I would greatly recommend it if you want some yaoi with a good plot. However, maybe am just blinded by the wonderful artstyle. Who knows?
