Both Merupuri and Bride of the Water God feature a male lead who jumps between transforming into a child and transforming into an adult, while the female lead is an adult (or almost) and does not transform. Both of those are shoujo series, so if you liked one of them, you might actually like the other one too.

P.S. Personally, I didn't really like either of them.

both are about girls who get married to guys with magical abilities. Also, both of them feature men with a curse on them which causes their appearance to change under certain circumstances.

Bride of the Water God and Meru Puri have the same premise of a girl meeting a prince/god from another world who's cursed to shift between a child form and his adult form.

Both manga are written from the perspective of a human girl who gets sacrificed by a village to appease a water god. The mantas are about the relationships that form between girl and god.

Similar storyline and backgrounds. A human - with a God (here is Water God) relationship. But I eventually rate 'The Water Dragon's Bride' a little better.

These manhwa have interesting characterisations, and are well written explorations of the relationships between gods and humans, and the consequences of their worlds mixing.

I've enjoyed reading them, and I hope you will too!
