Vampire Heart - Reviews

If you plan to read, read to chapter 26. This series was good for about 30 chapters or so until the story and art gets fucked up. Not sure why it happened, but everyone in the story suddenly became manipulated and toxic. Its ironic how the side couple had more page time than the main couple. Not only that, after chapter 27, the story gets sidetracked and starts to make no sense at all. Personally, I felt like crap after reading the ending of the story. They literally ended it with loose screws; conflict hasn't been cleared up yet. At least make the art look good for the finale. You shouldn't waste your time reading the 90 chapters. It ain't worth it.

i have no idea why the art got super messed up at the end, all the relationships were extremely toxic and confusing... i really loved the characters at first!! but then it all had a 180 change and i dont know how to feel about it tbh 

What happened? I usually am a huge fan of vampire BLs and This story was one of my favorite shounen ai manhwas because of the cute characters, the well thought out plot and all but then around the middle things started going downhill :(. The art style got more rougher and the story left a lot of plot holes in the end. The characters became more toxic as the story continued and the manhwa just lost its entire catch. The ending felt extremely rushed to the point where I'm not even sure if we actually got a happy ending. It seemed like the author completely lost the motivation to finish the manhwa...

I agree with the comments above or below me, the story started out great and interesting. The art was beautiful, the main characters were great..... But along the way that changed very quickly, the art degraded and there was agnst shoved in for agnst sake. The characters turned toxic and by the end you want the MC and ML to seek counseling, cause it's unhealthy. The ending felt rushed and was unsatisfactory, and the characters changed after a flash back that explains everything you wanted to know about from the beginning. Breaking the characters because the back story was probably written hastily and the emotions bled into the main story, hence changing the characters in a very bad way.... Probably would've given it a 8/10 for the first 60 or 70 chapters but after that it drops off.

I thought i was finally be able to find a good manhwa with cute artstyle, turns out the story was only good for about 30 chapters or so the rest of it are so messy and i can barely read it without getting bored and annoyed

This series was good at the beginning and after it was like 30 chapters or so the plot started getting messy. The story then drifted to the second couple. It became toxic and manipulative also there's so many plot holes and the story doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The second couple even got more scenes than the main couple. I was so confused LIKE THERE'S SO MANY THINGS LEFT UNSOLVED. They left so many things uncleared at the ending it makes my blood boils

I love seeing Dokyung and Hajin relationship at the beggining. The only reason i started reading this series was because of them anyways. But for Sung-Joon idk if it just me but i don't like his behavior like he's hella annoying for what.

Like what i said before, there's so many plot holes idk where to start this tbh, one example is Did Dokyung got turned into a vampire in the end?  The story didn't mention it when i vaguely remember there's this scene about Jokyung questioning whether he should turn into a vampire so he could spend his life with Hajin.

The artstyle is so cutee at the beginning, BUT IDK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ART AT THE END PLS I CANNOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY IT'S LIKE THE AUTHOR HAS COMPLETELY GIVEN UP ON TRYING😭😭😭

I dont think it's worth it to read this manhwa but hey everyone has their own  cup of tea so if you like this manhwa then good for you. But it's a hard pass for me nty
