It's a bit hard to give this the score I'm giving it. It has all the right elements for a much better score. I really liked it, and I definitely recommend it as a good read, but there are a few things that really stick out and drag the score down. Story: As the synopsis says, MC gets the power to stop time, at a cost. Her adventure with this power, and her relationship with her friend are the two main driving forces for this story. Not much to say here without spoiling it, but I find it to be a really well written story for the most part. Ultimately the only part that bugs me is the very end - it feels like the author ran out of ideas or time and had to wrap it up a bit too abruptly, plus I just generally hate stories that end with the implication that everything in the story either didn't happen or was undone somehow. So, in all, great story clear up until the last like 5 pages. If that were simply the end of the story - that the last few pages didn't exist - I'd give it an 8 here. Art: Superb. Plenty of detail in all the right places. Nothing feels lazy or hastily done, and each character is represented quite well and distinguishable. There are a small handful of places it could have been improved, and I would have loved to see it in color, but overall I really like it. Characters: In roughly the same vein as the story, it has a lot of stellar characterization and development, but suffers from a rushed and somewhat unconvincing ending. The MC develops and grows over the course of the story (for better or worse), and the characters around her act believably. One character does stand out as being slightly *too* willing to go along with the MC's whims, but that character's arc wraps up believeably. Overall: A great work with a lot of great ideas, that suffers from being cut too short with an abrupt ending and dissatisfying epilogue. I recommend it. Note on tags: Definitely deserves the Explicit Sex and Borderline H tags, although it's probably on the more tame end of that spectrum. You never see any actual nether-regions of either male nor female characters, but there's some implicated actions involving said regions in basically every chapter that get plenty of detail in every other regard.
