Love or Hate

Love or Hate

Haesoo is a cynical writer of a romance column, while Joowon, his former stepbrother, is a famous actor. The two go way back - thrust together when their parents remarried, their relationship is far from simple. Brothers? Soulmates? Friends with benefits? Or nothing at all? Theirs is a delicate balance between lust and loathing, dating and breaking up, irritation and infatuation. When the mysterious photographer “K” takes an interest in Haesoo, events begin to spiral out of control. As the lines between art and reality become increasingly blurred, what direction will this story take? Cheap romance? Sensual erotica? Or something much more twisted?

These two manhwas really gave off the same vibes. The love triangles, their complex way of expressing their love. It was something like an unhappy happy ending. It wasn't perfect love but it was love nonetheless

both of these stories are about main characters in toxic relatioships and have a lot of sex. similare vibes, really

Both Love or Hate and Body Complex are good. I definitely preferred Love or Hate but Body Complex is a good manhwa to read after. Both MCs are both pretentious and pedantic. They're both full of angst. The stories heavily focus on the MCs thoughts and you feel their angst and unease. I have felt the way they felt, it seems like an esoteric feeling and point I life that's hard to explain. But the stories make you feel it and it was a very nostalgic feeling. Everything I said makes the stories sound bad and un-likable(and to be honest, the characters can be really un-likable at times) but that's the charm of the MC and the stories. I would give them a shot.

Crash Into Me

Crash Into Me

Seung-chan is stressed. He has enough on his plate with the long hours at work, and now he can’t even get any rest at home! Every night, the lustful moaning and violent banging from the apartment upstairs keeps him awake. Just as he’s at his wits’ end, he chances upon the gorgeous, enigmatic Hyesung outside his building. Surely all those filthy sounds couldn’t be coming from such a pretty mouth? But as Seung-chan soon finds out, there’s a lot more to Hyesung than meets the eye… Maybe the two of them can “relieve their stress” together?!

both stories have similar art styles. also, both bottoms in both stories have similar personalities (jerks on the outside, fluffy and broken on the inside). also, both stories are about letting go of the past, and being with a healthier partner.

Both of these stories are about a main character in a long term toxic relatioship that they can't get away from when the other main character comes into their life

Somewhat similar character dynamics, but with the roles revered. Body Complex is way more explicit, and the sexual relatioships are part of the focus of the plot

The ukes have similar personalities in both stories, and the semes almost look the same. Both are mainly vanilla with the occasional kinkyness. There's also comedic value in both.

both stories involve a "love triangle", and in this love triangle you have the healthy partner with whom they end up falling in love, and the toxic partner with whom they started everything. in both case, they eventually end up leaving the toxic person and stay with the healthy one.
