Definetley worth reading if you enjoyed Bloom Into you, the manga. If you have not read the entire manga, though, you will probably be slightly lost, especially in light volumes 2 and 3. If you do not care for Sayaka as a character, you may be very bored. Yuu and Touko are mentioned hardly ever, if at all (though more so in volume 2.)
