Rose Hip Zero and Blank Slate are two peas in a pod. Each involves a killer with no memory, plenty of political drama and more action than you can shake a fist at. Definitely try one out if you liked the other (the other Rose Hip series would be great with Blank Slate too)

While their plots are a bit different, both manga contain a male protagonist who is a killer that can't remember his past.  Both manga are fairly violent and contain plenty of good-looking male characters.  Also, both manga have a somewhat similar tone, in my opinion.  I think that if you liked one, you will probably like the other.
