Although the MCs in these series are different in term of their positions in the households, they share many similar elements in both stories. Both stories revolve around three male siblings and a female outsider who are the MCs that have been return to the past for a chance to get closer to their families. In BOTB the MC is the youngest sister, while the MC in ASM is the stepmother (but she's around the same age range as the eldest sibling). After the passing of the siblings' biological parents, the person who's the next in line took over as the head of the family (the stepmother in ASM and eldest son in BOTB). But due to their young age, the family's relatives (represent by an aunt) tried to scheme their ways into having them hand over his position by manipulating the other younger siblings instead. In the end, both MCs successfully changed the past's outcomes and get accepted by the three siblings.

The start of the story is similar: just when the female lead character was almost got the feeling of freedom from her not-blood-related household, she suddenly got transferred back several years before, into her younger body while keeping previous memories. The previous relationship with the family members, was not bad like in hate, but not really harmonius either. Some because of the not-blood related thing, and some because of miscommunication/misunderstanding. Both stories tell on how all of the family members have worked out on it, so both have strong family vibe with its nobility atmosphere. So far, I've read 40+ chapters of both stories.

Both female mc are really adorable and have pass through a dark and Abussive past. although the situation is a little different because in " beware of the brothers", she has to go though pain alone, and in " the monster duchess and contract princess" the mc finds a doting family to help. In my opinion both give off the same vibe.

Both female main characters were adopted by powerful ducal houses. As such, they now have to learn how to maneuver in the high society.

I highly recommend this even tho I'm still confused why Leslie is like 12 and acting so young but it's still so cute.

the plot of this story is actually soooo good NGL my only problem is I need more chapters XD but good plot good art work what more could you ask for I don't wanna spoil anything for those who are reading this right now.

But you should really read this!!!° ͜ʖ ͡ – ✧( ͡°❥ ͡°)😊

So much better of a plot! The MC goes from living in a toxic household to being adopted by the Duke's family who treats her a hell of a lot better! There's also great use of magic and the consequences of magic. There's also an established politics that keep the reader interest!

Villains Are Destined to Die

Villains Are Destined to Die

This game’s got me obsessed! It’s like it’s taken over my life... wait—HARD MODE ACTIVATED. No-no-no-no-no! It has literally taken me and thrown me into the part of Penelope Eckhart. Love is easy as the heroine, but as the hated villainess, I’m trying very hard not to die… at the hands of my brothers… the prince… a fork… every possible ending is death! This world is stacked against me, but can my wits and insider game knowledge score the affection of these male characters? Or the reset button???

Villains Are Destined to Die and Harley Takes the House couldn't be more different besides the isekai genre. "VADD" is much more intriguing, and more of a heart wrenching tale of a woman reincarnated as the misunderstood and mistreated villainess. It's a stronger story overall. In Harley Takes the House it is clearly setting up to be a romantic tale, and is taken much more light hearted. I personally had to drop Harley Takes the House because it was dry, and repetitive. There is a weird sort of incest in Harley Takes the House which was also really weird. I rate Villains Are Destined to Die an 8/10, and Harley Takes the House a 4/10.

The Viridescent Tiara

The Viridescent Tiara

I was a normal grad student until I woke up in a world right out of a novel I wrote as a teen. But danger’s on the horizon—the character I became was originally destined to die AND people are out to get me! Even though this character’s past was full of villainy, I’m using my insider knowledge to survive the flame of the Azure Ring, settle debts, and make things right for the House of Latia! Can I earn the trust of the hero and get ahead in this world? Are there secrets that even I don’t know?

Similar MC's personality wise and also screams sister complex as we so far know that the sister is the female lead and the brother is the male lead. Both not recommended for those who dislike incesty stories which both of these seem to be. Although to be fair in both stories the siblings are not technically related by blood.

Both female MCs assume the role of adopted daughters of powerful houses, but they were never accepted by their brothers as part of the family. The MCs continue to gain their approval, and the brothers finally acknowledge them. But not as siblings, but as something else...?

RozeDragon RozeDragon says...

Both female leads are sisters, and both struggle to get recognition from their brothers as they are not related by blood. Their brothers at first act cold to them, unable to fully accept them into the family. Both stories seem to have their relationship with their brother turn into something more due to the fact that, as mentioned above, they are not related by blood. The plots are somewhat similar in the love interest and the goal to become accepted as a family member in one way or another.

The Beloved Little Princess

The Beloved Little Princess

Princess Enisha’s birth marks the start of the Hyperion Empire’s prophetic reign. With her unfathomably cute face and a ceaseless supply of loyal servants, life is pretty great for the baby princess. There’s just the small issue of her two psychotic-killer brothers and a war-hungry father who she must stop from driving the empire into ruin. Enisha’s got a lot on her plate, between the constant flood of assassins trying to kill her and those pesky memories of her past life. But she’s in no rush to return to being the powerful high mage of a magical kingdom. After all, being Hyperion’s one great hope certainly has its royal perks. It’s not easy being the empire’s beloved princess, but these subjects will just have to do.
