Ngl it is emotional and actually shows realistic challenges when being in a relationship! Definitely a Yaoi to consider reading!

Folks this manhwa really shows how the things you missed out on doing in your youth will leave a permanent void in your heart, even when that void is filled years later the resulting happiness is gonna be fleeting as INSECURITIES about your old age & a self-presumed guilty conscience will complicate things, thus leaving that void empty AGAIN. This ain't no fairytale with a happy ending, a couple with a large age gap could work out but when one party starts having trust issues you know it ain't gonna end well. This whole relationship ended up as an experience for Yoo il the young guy, whilst for the older one who's the same age as his dad.... not so much, his brief happiness ended shortly coz of some paranoid stuffs he did to Yoo il

The manhwa has a realistic portrayal of a failed relationship. Personally, there was no communication between Sewoong and Yooil. Also, if you are able to take a look at their relationship, as Sewoong dwells on his insecurity throughout his relationship with Yooil and how he manipulates, stalks, and isolates him from everyone, you will realize how toxic it was. I think them breaking up was for the best. I think it was unfair for Yooil to be a replacement for Sewoong's unrequited love from his father. I know they didn't end up together and Yooil is happily in a relationship, but what about Sewoong's ending? From the start, he was facing severe depression and had constant suicidal thoughts. Is he still caught in the past and regrets his missed chance?
