Barbarian Quest

When Urich's daring attempt to venture near the ominous Sky Mountains with his friends gets him kidnapped, he learns that there is a new world that exists beyond his own. After a hellish fight with his attackers, he frees himself and sets off on a journey to explore this new realm. There, he encounters allies and enemies alike, each meeting helping him learn more about the civilization and grow as a warrior. But even Urich has yet to find out where his quest will truly take him...

The Sky Mountain Range was a resting place for souls, and the living were not allowed to cross it. Everyone believed it as such. One day urich the strongest member of his tribe went over the mountain and found out that it was all a lie. Normal civilised humans were living on the other side of the mountain. Urich decided that he will venture and find his own place in these unknown lands.This manhwa takes place in a fantasy world which looks more like a medival setting without any fantasy beings. The art of this manhwa is marvelous and fight scenes are also done perfectly. The main character is a barbarian and he is totally ruthless. The overall world building is also great and there are minor war type scenarios here and there. This manhwa is best for medival era fighting suckers like me.

Even tough from my rating score i can appear as a child I'm not, this is a really beatiful story, the art is definetly one of the best that i've ever seen, the carachters are amazing and everyone of them is unique, I'd like to suggest reading this to everyone, read all 27 chapters in one afternoon

This manhwa is the reason I keep reading the same generic garbage again and again, once in a while you find an hidden gem and Barbarian Quest was one of those. The main character is ruthless and kills as easily as he breathes but he still feels like a nice person. He respects people that he find worthy even if he doesn't necessarily understand their way of thinking and/or their way of living. Seeing him trying to better himself is amazing, he's always searching for more knowledge about the world and seeing Ulrich's thought process makes this story so interesting to me. I highly recommend this story, it's a nice breath of fresh air.
