A drunk girl who can grant wishes... or can she?

The climax of this story reveals a muddled mess that's filled with contradictions and allows for multiple interpretations. None of these interpretations feel like they adequately explain 100% of the details within the narrative, but there are multiple interpretations which do a decent job of explaining quite a few of the details. Interpretation #1: The girl is living in denial and saying that fe's a sorceress helps fem cope with feir traumatic memories. The problem with this interpretation is that the girl isn't actually in denial about anything. Fe is straight-up accepting the most traumatic part of feir past. The fact that fe adds "and it happened because of magic" doesn't actuallly make the horrific moment more palatable in any way. We could argue that the childhood version of the girl was in denial about the severity of feir parents arguments, at least until fe wasn't in denial any longer. That said, this interpretation could also be tweaked and we could say that the trauma from that event had arrested this girl's development and that fe is stuck in the imagination-prone mental state of feir childhood, so it's less that fe's denying anything and more that fe hasn't learned how to move forward. This tweaked explanation is the one which I personally think holds the most merit. Interpretation #2: The girl is a prostitute and uses the language of fulfilling wishes in order to be less overt, which may be done so the clients feel more at ease or so that fe could have legal deniability if things go wrong (though I doubt it would actually allow for any legal deniability). The immediate and obvious problem with this interpretation is that the girl never seemed inclined to ask for money. But we could tweak the interpretation and suggest that maybe this girl is just into having casual sex and likes role-playing as a sorceress during these encounters. But that interpretation also feels inadequate, 'cause it doesn't really explain why the girl brought up feir parents in terms of them doing magic or what being a "good sorceress" really even means in a sexual context in relation to feir parents. It's also a pretty shitty hook-up strategy, considering that the girl vomited and passed out and hadn't even suggested anything to the guy about going to the guy's apartment (the plot armor took care of that). Interpretation #3: The last three panels sorta imply that the girl might legitimately be a sorceress. But this interpretation is contradicted by almost everything that precedes it, most notably the fact that the clearly non-magical events during the flashback scene were called magical by the girl. So if we treated the girl as actually magical then it should also be the case that those clearly non-magical events were actually magical, and that's just not something that I can accept.
Simple and quite sad This manga was quite simple, a guy started to crush on a girl who would go to work every night to buy beer, at one point I thought she was someone who sold her body to different people to make their "wish" come true however, because of what she experienced and witnessed when she was a little girl, made the way she was and it was quite unexpected. The story was simple, the art was simple, the characters were simple. Overall: an alright and simple one-shot
