Appleseed - Reviews

There is nothing really wrong with this manga, except for the huge ammount of text, but at the same time it sucks. The story really goes nowhere, nothing is really explained and when you think things are going in one direction it goes in a totally unrelated one and forgets everything that happenned in the first 2 volumes. Even with all that being said, there is nothing wrong with it, that is just how the author chose to present everything, it feels like blade runner, you either like it or you don't, I just could never feel engaged or care (probably because the above reasons) about anything that was shown. The art is very good and feels really alive. I would say, read the first volume and if you don't like it, quit, don't make the same mistake as me!
