Ameagari no Bokura ni Tsuite

Kanade is a gay salaryman who has given up on romance. He ran away from the boy he secretly loved back in his school days and every attempt he's made to find a partner since then has ended poorly. He encounters his old friend and crush for the first time in years after rescuing a kitten from the rain and desperately tries to avoid getting involved with him, but Mashiro wants to reconnect and is determined not to let Kanade disappear on him a second time. When Kanade finally confesses the feelings he was hiding back in their youth, Mashiro shocks him by responding, "Fall in love with me again!"
