Both mc from each story is a simpleton, getting misunderstood and making misunderstanding, both of them are op as well, the only difference is that whenever the cultivators from Am I Invincible manhua saw the mc they will kowtow immediately but in Above Ten Thousand People the mc gets underestimated when they first see the mc.
Both MC lacks common senseBoth think they are weak because the system told them soBoth are weak and overpowered at the same timeBoth get heavily misunderstoodPretty much the same thing honestly
both cause misunderstanding and have op mc that causes the main plot revolves with comedy
The plot is similar, the MC is similar. Both MCs are clueless OP who think themselves as weaklings with no cultivation whatsoever, while it is the contrary: they are very OP, have many precious god-like artifacts, have many strong followers (many followers the MCs unaware that they are very strong). Both MCs also have extremely good luck where events always turn out into their benefit (the misunderstandings), even without the MCs realizing it, which makes the story hilarious and fun to read.
I feel like both stories take advantage of Chinese and Korean culture where the people often communicate indirectly, where they make assumptions, always try to guess what other people are implying. In the stories, their assumptions are wrong. Thus, making the stories hilarious. I've read "Am I Invincible/When Did I Become Unbeatable" until chapter 50, and "Above Ten Thousand People" aka. "Above Myriads" chapter 95.
Li Nianfan transmigrated to an immortal cultivation world as a mortal. Knowing that he could never become a cultivator, he decided to live an ordinary life. But unbeknownst to him, his dog became a mighty Yaoguai king by watching him draw and write; the tree he planted in the backyard became the tree of the world by listening to tunes he played; a passerby he met, who gained enlightenment from the chitchat with him, became a Taoist sage and started a new era...

They are almost the exact same plot. Someone from another world that has a system (although the system disappears in Cultivation Bigshot) that makes everyone else think that they are gods among gods despite them being mortals. They are the very definition of Overpowered MC
Almost the exact same manga. There are a couple of differences - such as the existence of backstory behind the protagonist, the existence of a quest and upgrade system, and a wife the protag has forgotten about in when did i become unbeatable.
Apart from that both are stories about cluesless protagonists who have been reborn or transfered into a world of cultivation but think that they themselves are unable to cultivate while everyone around them sees them as peerless experts of cultivation who have already surpassed immortality and have become something greater.
Both are highly funny comedic mangas but i found that big shot has better pacing and is less random in terms of progression. Apart from that they are similar not only in setting but even a lot of characters and events are similar from one story to another.
When Chen Fan transmigrated to the world of martial arts, not only was he abandoned by the system, he was also a cripple without martial spirit. He had no choice but to be the most inferior mortal. But unbeknownst to him, his home was full of divine things; the bath water is a spiritual spring, the person ploughing his land is a dragon prince, the person watering the vegetable fields is the first saint, the person who washes his clothes is an imperial empress. Unknowingly, Chen Fan had gathered many of the continent’s top powerhouses around him and became a landlord who controlled the world.

The premise of both stories is pretty much identical.
A person who is a mortal is mistaken by everyone to be an extremely powerful "senior" who wants to pretend to be mortal
Lin Jie, who has transmigrated into this world, runs a bookshop. Nice and passionate, he always recommends books that are capable of healing one's soul to customers who find themselves in a rough patch in life. Occasionally, he would recommend his own work to them as well. Over time, these customers have grown to respect him a lot. They bring him some simple souvenirs every day to repay him and ask him for recommendations of literary works. At the same time, they tell the people around them about this bookstore owner as well. They have respectful and affectionate ways of addressing him-"The Devil's Hyena", "The Communicator of Flesh Gospel of Books", "The Author of the Corpse Ritual" and " The Star Shepard".

Very similar concept of the protag being reincarnated/transmigrated into a fantasy world - although one is more magic based while the other is more on the cultivation and martial arts side. In both series all the world natives sense something incredible, unfathomable, and ridiculously strong from the protagonists and gain tremendously from interacting with him - even though the protagonist himself thinks he's a regular human and doesn't intend to help as much as he does. The "clueless op protagonist helps his friends and changes the world as he does" is a good comedic trope present in both stories.
The main difference apart from the worlds is the existence of a romantic partner in when did i become unbeatable, as well as a quest system, and the fact that there's an actual backstory present in when did I become invincible. However having this additions doesn't necessarily make it better - I personally enjoyed the devil's lackey more, but both are good and funny.
What do you do when your favorite game shuts down? Momonga decided to stay logged in right up until the very end. But when the servers go dark, he finds himself transported into the game world--and he's been transformed into his skeletal avatar from the game, awesome magical powers included! But what if he's the villain of his own story?

Both MC don't understand their power and influencer over the world.
Overlord is a bit darker and character driven
Am I Invincible is more comedy driven with a Leveling system.
Ye Ning obtained the golden finger through travel, and as long as he dies, he would be invincible. So he started to go crazy. But... Empress Da Zhou: "When I see Ye Ning's life, if he dies, I will live alone.". Upper world immortal ruler: "The world is so indifferent, but Lord Ye never hates me, I will try my best to protect him". Hundreds of millions of people: "Everyone in the world can be lacking, but Lord Ye is the only saint, only Ye Ning'er!" Ye Ning: I'm almost invincible, why don't you let me die?

The story of Xie Yan, a ridiculously handsome man who fell into the hands of sexy women lusting after his body upon transmigration. To avoid dying from dual-cultivation, he travelled to countless worlds.

Both are transmigration/reincarnation stories set in a martial arts/cultivation world. There are many differences between them in terms of pacing, plot, romance, power system, ect. but there are a couple of similarities.
Both stories have a "main" romance partner/wife character
Both stories have a quest and upgrade system which means both protagonists increase cultivation using the system and not through traditional methods
And both stories have the system provide quests which cause the protagonist to teleport to a different place and undertake small story arcs
These are both good but evil emperor is much better and a much more coherrent story in my opinion. Although if all you want to do is laugh, when did i become unbeatable may be better in terms of the consistency of funny moments.
When Ye Mo woke up, he found that everything around him seemed to be changed - The beautiful master disappeared; he became the abandoned oneby the family; even more, he became the object of being humiliated by a woman standing on the podium with his love letter. But these were not important at all. The most important thing was that he remembered another terrible thing that didn't belong to him...
