So ladies and gents, we have Kakeru here, an average ML who is just butt naked on a hot sunny day, just minding his business reading a adult magazine and when he drinks that holy moly soda beverage, he suddenly is greeted by a “cute anime girl” named…Melon. I kid you not, that is her name. Both Melon and Kakeru set off on adventure of meeting other cute anime girls and have to ensure they don’t come across aluminium cans as it’s considered the enemies of steel cans like Melon. We also meet Otoya , a creep who constantly simps for Kakeru (Yaoi ship for the fanfics) who probably goes after the can girls?

Overall for 7 chapters, it was just a refreshing type of story involving cute girls as cans and there were such chuckle times where the characters act funny. The art was easy on the eyes which was a bonus since this is pretty old skool. However at the same time, there wasn’t much it could gain because the story was quite hard to follow on what was happening in every scene and there were creepy undertones like a grown man crushing on a young teen and some of the girls did look young enough with skimpy cleverage.

Regardless I would recommend this if you want to waste time …
