As of chapter 38, this is a manhua that you can read to relax to. There's no major drama (yet), and the FL and ML have the same mindsets, so they're well-matched. There's no internal conflict, just external... meaning their relationship doesn't have any problem; it's a them vs evil conflict.

The characters are likable, with both the FL and ML being respectful to each other and to people around them, and having a pragmatic mindset. The servants and knights are also likable. However, they all seem lacking a bit, but I don't know where. The FL and ML both seem like Mary Sues and Gary Stus up until now. I'll see how the story progresses to update this review.

The thing is, the manhua doesn't elicit much feeling in me. But that's the reason why it's a relaxing manhua, though there certainly exists stories that are both relaxing AND entertaining. At least this story doesn't make me feel annoyed at any point.

I don't hate it and I don't love it. Overall a smooth read, and you can try it for a mindless read.

The story is mediocre, the characters are flat, and the art is unexceptional. I finished it out of a sort of obligation because I started it, but the story really isn’t all that much.

Although the title may suggest it, it’s not an isekai and the “villainess” isn't a villain at all, and her characterization as one makes no sense because she’s illustrated as being kind as a main virtue. The relationship between the main lead and the lead starts off incredibly sweet and respectful (unusually so for strangers) so they don't even get development other than the stereotypical “ooo we agreed not to expect love from each other but now i've caught feelings” drama.

There’s no particular bone I have to pick with this manhua, it's just forgettable. Also the translations were quite bad.

at the start of the webtoon the first translator did a very good job translating and kepping the names consitent, but the secong translator, the sentance didnt make sence and the pannels were out of place, and rare ocasions she would get the names wrong. this might of just been the website i was readong off of, but if the frist translator cept translating i would have realy enjoyed this webtoon.

Nothing overly amazing, but it was a great read. Pretty standard plot for the most part, but done well. Characters are well done, and I liked how some characters were redeemed and some wern't. Ending was very satisfying. Absolutley reccomend.

Quick side note, some translations have 91 chapters, this is still the completed series. The diffirence is in how the translators choose to break up chapters.

I dropped this story after 15 chapters because nothing happens. The FL has no personality to speak off. She always smiles and never runs into actual problems. The ML isn't any better. When the two meet to get married, they have never met before and still don't even talk about interest or anything. They just coexist like a pair of elderly roommates. Any conflict that does come up is resolved in .2 seconds with her using her convenient zappy magic. Nothing matters and nothing has consequences. This story is the otomeisekai equivalent of soggy white bread.
