It really started fantastic, so much great,

But character development of lead just turned into cheap bussiness man with great power with false sense of righteousness,

But hey more character development might happen but it's doesn't look like it will, but give it try

My man really took 2 months to realize he knows more than other people in a undeveloped society?  Really a genius, hands down. I knew this story was dumb from the start but this still surprised me.

An opportunity wasted.

Started really awesome. Thought that we would be getting something novel and exciting. But then MC suddenly becomes too broken, too OP in just a few chapters, after chapter 25 or so. The artifact he has basically makes him god level without any effort. The changes that he brings to murim through his businesses is easily accepted like it was natural. There are no struggles and plot developments. Just MC going on his flexing trip, boasting his sword skill, calligraphy, eloquency, music, future knowledge and whatnot. Basically this one doesn't have any direction and taste.

Also, the time skips and rushness of the plot is horrible. Takes the enjoyment out of this. Hope the writers pick up their slack soon.

Drastic change in the story and world building at around chapter 27 when there is a 3 year time skip. Before the skip it's a solid 8-9/10, after the skip it's 2-3/10. Almost like the author changed at the time skip. They had developed an interesting economic based murim story, but then throw away all that development in the span of a couple chapters to create the ultimate power fantasy MC while simultaneously killing all character development that they had for all the other characters.

main character's family is piss poor and they are also gonna die in a few days because their father took a massive loan from loan sharks and they are gonna cut his family members if the debt is not paid. main character uses his knowledge from his past life to make his father's smithy into something much bigger. he takes more loans and starts applying some capitalistic methods in this miedevil murim world. he is more of a realist at this points and uses all methods which can be explained in a humane manner. later on he receives the same red bead he received in his last life from his dad. it turns out that he is descendant of some great people and their spirits live in that bead. they start helping him because he is their descendant and they want him to destroy their family's rivals who are currently the top number 1 family in the whole murim world.
this manhwa is quite a banger. main character is smart and uses his modern day knowledge to the max. it also has some light comedic elements. characters are written well and they all stick with their roles. art is also pleasing to the eyes. their is no real action yet but the plot is progressing towards the main character learning some overpowered techniques. this is one of the most unique murim manhwas. it also has a lot of business management elements. this is a must try manhwa for everyone even if you don't like murim manhwas at all.
