A Guide to Raising Your Natural Enemy (Novel) - Reviews

Read this if you want:

• Top tier comedy (both situational and gags, basically every other sentence will make you laugh)
• Fluff and Heartwarming
• Great character development

Trigger Warnings:

• Yaoi / Boy Love (Main plot of the book)
• M-preg (Male Pregnancy, ignorable for the most part)
• Beastiality (Technically? Its like two werewolves having a go at eachother in their wolf forms. So yes? But they're the same species?)
• Implicit Sexism (Present, but not a theme which is explicitly brought up.)

Story was top tier and hilarious. Had me rolling on the floor throughout. I felt sad when there were no more chapters to read. There's around three major plots which occur in the 100 chapters with 11 extras, and they're all top tier. It doesn't take itself too seriously but not everything is a complete joke either. There are some truly wholesomely sad moments. One thing I sort of disliked was the glossing over of the positive repercussions of the antics of our cast, but then again, it doesn't really need to either. 

Translator does a great job. All of the chapters are 'unedited' but there's basically no errors as far as I can tell so don't worry about it lol. Writing style was superb and contributes incredibly well to the comedic moments, author has his timing down well to the point you can read the 'beats' that aren't actually written down if that makes any sense. The words flow well together as well, took me 2ish days to read all 111 chapters. 

Characters are great. Our MC develops over time and you can explicitly tell the difference from the beginning and end. Side characters are hilarious and contribute to the plot in a meaningful way...but I sort of wish they recieved more focus honestly. Maybe in an extra or two. Some of the side characters were actually incredibly interesting. 

If you want a fluff, lovely and funny web novel to read then this is the one. I was looking for that, and i got it! So 10! and psst it's Mpreg (///u///) which is double 10!

Soo cutee, this is like: Fluff here, fluff there, sweet, sweet, a bit on action here, and "lmao" here and there. This says it has 101 chapters, but there are 29 extras, which are o((>ω< ))o. It doesn' have smut nor sex escene, the most you'll read is something like: "they tumble on the sheets" This is like: ( •̀ ω •́ )✧  ヾ(≧▽≦*)o  (❁´◡`❁), it really healed my soul.

Shu Shu (bottom, MC) is supeeer CUTEE! 

Edgar (top, ML) is super SUPER doting on MC and like (～￣▽￣)～ 

Their children are like: WHAT LOVELY THINGS! 

The extras are also about their children's life in adulthood, and Gary's extra was the most amazing, it wasn't all that fluff but it had a lot of  FACE SLAPS! hahaha!!

The only bad thing is that it ended, and i couldn't read more o(≧口≦)o

Apart from the fluff it's adventure, not much action, the MC is really puree and he makes himself a recognise person, not just relaying on ML. The ML really dotes on MC and it's really sweet with him, and to be honest... between the two, MC is really impatient, i mean, sometimes he would rather be the one making the first move, which is really funny haha! he might be small but not weak! though he's a coward sometimes and it's super hilarious! hahaha

Trust me, you'll get a good read in this.
