Weiss has one dream and that is to see the sky. The city that he and everyone else lives in has a large and what seems to be a never ending ceiling. With the help of his friend Nero, Weiss plans to one day break through to the top and see the sky that no one has ever seen. On one of their missions, Weiss and Nero meet a mysterious girl in black named Nowall who tells them that there is no sky, but before she can completely explain, she gets abducted by the Black Police, a peace keeping robot squad. Now Weiss and Nero have to rescue Nowall and learn the truth about the sky. What they don’t know is that the truth is way over their heads.
