It was really cute and homely for a oneshot. Very innocent and heartwarming. There was something in this short story that made it relatable. It's the perspective of the author when she was just starting out as an manganaka. Normally when we eat about manganaka's they are burnt out, poor in health, lacking sleep, have poor social skills and are sometimes struggling for new ideas. However, this view shows the sweet beginning before all that happens. It left you feeling nice and happy and with a smile.
