Eita Touga, a seemingly normal high school student, is secretly the heir apparent to a distinguished line of ninja. Unfortunately for the Touga Clan, Eita has no interest in taking over the family business. More interested in the virtual reality of video games than real life, Eita has sequestered himself to a life of digital bliss. That is until one fateful day, a mysterious harpy girl kicks in the door to his family dojo and spirits Eita away to a world full of monsters and mythological creatures. Can an unwilling slacker of a ninja like Eita help the denizens of another world stave off an invasion by a technologically-superior empire?

Like I've mentioned before i really don't like doing reviews till the series is finished, but this is one of the very exceptions. I will say the second half will contain spoilers so read at your own risk. ~SPOILERS~ This is like the prequel to 12 Beast (Pilot), which gives us something to look forward too. This kid who starts out as a nerd turns out to be a fucking ninja apprentice. What the hell at least we know how he can kick ass but he is still a nerd who can't get enough of his games. The artist/writer is taking forever to continue the story actually the shortest chapter 9.1(5 pages) was written in 2015 and was the only thing written that year so... i am not holding out for this series to continue much further, there was 366 days between chapter 9 and 9.1, and there's been a full month since the last released chapter. Like in the review of the pilot i can't wait till he gets comfortable with the situation he's in and accepts it. I also believe his brother may be the big evil testing him. Worth the hour or two to read, get some of your favorite beverage and give it a quick read but don't wet yourself waiting for new chapters
