IT IS BACK FOLKS, TIME FOR ANOTHER ROUND OF FILMS.

While it's always nice to receive a trio of anime in your stocking during the holiday season, wouldn't it also be nice to chase those down with a trio of non-anime films chosen for you by another Secret Santa? Well, it's time to jingle your bells with the Entertainment Board's Movie Secret Santa, in which we secretly exchange movies through an intermediary (me) and users can recc up to as many as they want at their own discretion, where you can review 1 or as many as you want. It's the same concept as the anime version. Please no Japanese animation recs though for this event, as we already have the anime Secret Santa event for that. Ball park number of reccs I think is around 8-10 for most people but again at your own discretion.

Other can be used to designate whether you have a specific runtime estimate you'd prefer or whatever other pertinent information will help your Secret Santa select the right movies for you.

Important Dates:
November 13- Due date for participation

November 14th-I will PM you your receiver's participation post. Please make up a film list, add in the IMBD links to make it less confusing and respond back to me.
November 20th-Participants will receive their films to review
December 24-25- Reviews should be posted by now and your Secret Santa is revealed!

No-Go Genres: I hate most things, so whatever.
Other: Please include one or two films that are about 90 minutes in runtime to better ensure that I get around to watching any film. Feel free to include films from different eras as well.

Other: Last time I got 31 movies. That's a lot and I didn't make a dent in the list. So don't give me too much.

No-Go Genres: romance? Even that's not a hard rule, just don't make it too white or hetero. Not a huge fan of classic westerns.
Other: films from different eras would be good. Over the last 2 years I've seen the vast majority of big Hollywood movies, so some older gems would be nice. Nothing too long if at all possible.

Favorite Genre's: Fantasy, Romance, Rom-Com, Adventure, Action, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, British, Australian, American, Historical/Period, Classic movies, Slice of Life, Animated, Martial Arts.
No-Go Genre's: Horror, Political, Sports,War, Disaster, Crime/Gangster, Western, Dark Comedy/Dark Fantasy, Disgusting stuff, Psychological.
Other: Nothing with sexual abuse/sex scenes due to personal reasons... Would prefer no gore, but as long as it's not excessive, I guess it's ok. (Same with blood.) It would be great if my SS recommended stuff that's fully available for free on YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video. Not a big fan of Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell. Foreign films need English subs, if they don't have an English dub. Superhero/Villain movies can be hit or miss for me, but as long as it's not Deadpool, I'm willing to give them a chance.

Favorite Genres: Sci fi is probably one of my favourites (and cyberpunk), but I will happily try anything.
No-Go Genres: Nothing really. I used to dislike horror completely, but I will try the odd one. However, don't just give me nothing but horror :D!
Other: If you have loads of film picks you want to throw at me, then go for it. Whilst I won't be able to watch so many over a couple of months, I do appreciate a good long list. All the films recommended to me that I do not watch I keep in a list to remember to watch at some point.

No-Go Genres: nothing really "no go" but things that are religious (ie gods not dead) or movies like the notebook I just wont watch
Other: this is kinda very specific and it's not necessarily a hard no, but i really hate movies with rape scenes
