[REQUEST] Spoiler Tags

When a tag for an anime might spoil contents further along in the series (but also be important enough to warrant being tagged in the first place), then you might not want to proudly display it for someone who randomly stumbles upon the anime. So instead, an anime might mark one of it's tags as a spoiler which would not impact searches or recommendations in any way, but would simply just make the tag hidden until you hover the cursor over it or something.

A good example of this could be https://www.anime-planet.com/anime/puella-magi-madoka-magica which tries to keep up it's façade up until episode 3 considering it is one of those shows your best to go in blind with.
A spoiler tag might indicate to a potential viewer not to judge the show by it's cover and to let it tell it's story before making that final judgement on whether to watch the show.

Moving this to completed not because we won't do it, but because it's already being tracked/is likely a long ways down the road. tl;dr: yes, we plan to have spoiler tag functionality eventually and it's being tracked internally.

We've always wanted to add spoiler tags, but it's a large problem that will take a large amount of work to fix and design. Not only the UI like it's suggested above (or some similar format), but also it means we'll need to completely redo our search functionality (for example, searching for [x tag that's a spoiler in some case] and seeing the anime show up in results is a spoiler), adding preferences for users (show results for spoiler series in search results/on anime pages/etc), and more.

Note, though, that we wouldn't use them for cases like Madoka. 3 eps is early enough that for our tagging purposes, we don't consider it a spoiler. But we would be able to finally add tags like tragedy (pretty much always a spoiler), yandere, or other tags that happen much later on.
