[REQUEST] Allow for Links & Simple Text Formatting on Custom Lists Descriptions

I often find myself wanted to add links to references, authors, studios, etc. on the descriptions of Custom Lists and wanted at least to be able to bold and separate my ideas into paragraphs; but currently, the custom lists descriptions can't contain any of that, only simple text all in one paragraph.

It will be great if you can allow for this as this is the ideal place to describe the list as a whole. But have been having to use the first anime in the list due to the lack of these features.

I also think this is a good idea! Devs could just implement this as Markdown or BBCode if that's easy to process?

Moving this to completed as this is already a tracked feature internally. We don't have an ETA but it will be announced when it goes live in the future
