I definitely recommend koushaka reijou no tashinami, the protagonist reincarnates to a different world and the story is really interesting, I hope you’ll like it.

One of my favorite series that's set in an older era is A Compendium of Ghosts. It's set in ancient Korea and incorporates a lot of Korean folklore and cryptids/monsters in the story. The art style is also drawn to mimic old Korean scroll art, which really helps to set the tone of the story.
Another good one is Pandora's Choice. It's set in 19th century America and follows the story of a half-asian girl dealing with living life alone with her alcoholic father. There's a lot of commentary on what it meant to be biracial at the time, and a lot of drama, especially family oriented.
