Barely average with so much wasted potential that it's just sad. I loved the idea of the MC being able to create/change/remove skills using his life force, and if it was done in a more serious anime and with a good writer this could have been amazing.
Even this one with the harem and fan service setting could have been a lot better if it was done by someone with more skill, but unfortunately the writing was complete garbage.
I usually don't finish such mediocre series but for some reason it was enjoyable most of the time.
