We've rolled out a new format for database requests in the forum. Now, instead of having two sticky threads in the "Feature requests" section, and submission threads randomly spread around the rest of the forum, there's now a single, consolidated Community Database Submissions section.

There are sub-forums set up for each type of content, such as Anime or Manga. Each section then has (usually) 2 threads for adding vs updating. This is to ensure the right moderators are seeing the right content as quickly as possible, so that requests get handled faster.

For example, in the past, there was a single "add or update an anime" thread. Now, there are two:

The anime and manga threads now have an updated intro post, which now explains what to include with a request, and/or are now more human readable.

We've locked down thread creation in these sections - please use one of the existing threads for any requests. If you think there should be a different thread, please request it with reasons in the feature requests section. We'd ideally like request threads to be standardized across all of the content types, and will work to further standardize the people/character sections later on.
