I have this old image. I am pretty sure it's a character from Digi Charat, but I cannot find any reference to that character anywhere. Does anyone recognize her?

She is not. She's one of the characters from a VN called "Kitty Kitty Fancia" by AIC (one of those softcore lolicon types).
