Cannot post a comment to a review

I'm trying to leave some constructive criticism for someone regarding their anime review, but the site will not "take" my comment submission.

I hit the Leave a comment tab, post my comment click on the CAPTCHA and verify that I'm human, but even though that processes, the site still shows 0 comments left and mine is still not added.

Anyone else unable to post comments to reviews?

(Using Chrome browser, and am able to leave comments on profile pages without problems.)
