But this challenge also got me out of an anime slump last year so I am requesting a card again please.

But we can still use our Stalled list if we don't carry a Dropped list, correct? In my case I only have 1 title on my dropped list but I moved it last season.

You can still use your stalled list. If the show was stalled before this season it still applies, since the stalled list can be used when you don't have a dropped list.
