Dropped can be alright, as it can still provide a valuable insight into why someone may or may not want to watch the show, if you can still meet the guidelines for public reviews. The most difficult guideline to meet for something you've dropped may be length: in general, the review guidelines say reviews should be 4-5 paragraphs for free-form reviews or 1-2 for each section if broken into sections (though I interpret this as simply a norm for a full work, whereas a very short work simply may not have enough content to write this much). Though if the appropriate type of mod happened to drop in and clarify the official site stance on this type of use-case, we'd be happy to modify our approach to align with that.
