Not a goddamn CHANCE with how boogiepop went. Madhouse's level of animation quality is far below average these days and they've fallen from their glory days, so expecting them to animate action well anymore is more or less a joke to me.

I don't think madhouse are that much of a lost cause that they can't animate a popcorn flick properly.

I'm probably still going to watch this though, because a guy with a gun head is something I have to see.

I still can't get over the revolver resolver pun name. I'm curious about this. As long as it's just pulpy schlock it should be fun. If it tries to be serious or gritty with such a dumb premise then it's going to suck.

Holy fucking shit this subverted everything I thought it would be.

I thought it would be: Isekai, Isekai of a gun nut going into fantasy isekai and having to invent guns and shit, isekai, one of them No Game No Life shit that's whatever that shit is, something like SGO or SWD or SAW or SAO or whatever. Instead, it's a pulpy borderline noir about a badboy with a gun for a head that will blow people away like it's a 80s/90s OVA. If they don't dick slap this like they did Boogiepop and completely shit on the hopes of everybody.
