Working Buddies! No 2!

Episode 2
Oogaru-senpai's the best.

So many Australian animals this episode. It's weird.

Also, Wobako gets around...

Episode 3 : The Live Action Episode
I forgot how conventionally adorable the VAs are.

Episode 4 : The Coffee Shop Job
I kind of like how this episode basically says that it takes all types in hospitality jobs like that.
Hey, it's the boys from the spinoff.

Episode 5 : The Water Slide Job
Kuepon-centric episodes are my favourite. His second interaction with the wolf boy was kind of lovely.

Man, why's everyone got to be so mean to Sugiala? :frustrat:

I'm liking this show about as much as I liked the first season. its just a nice, sometimes humorous, 3 minutes of animation a week. Its a nice break, especially in a season with so few good shows.

Fell behind big time, whoops.

Episode 6: The Theme Park Job
They're all in a teasing mood today. Except Kuepon, who is having another bout of existential worry.

And who thought Sugiala got motion sickness?

Episode 7: The Break Episode
Awww, they're good enough friends that Cha-chan would invite Kueppi with him to visit his hometown!

Wow, not only is he rich as heck, he comes from a family of sake brewers? Also, his sisters are full-on.

Dat socio-economic divide, though.

Episode 8: The Building Episode
Triplets!

And it's the wolf-boy from the pool, isn't it?

I mean, the frog ain't wrong.

Episode 9: The Locksmith Episode
Kueppi's just like, "plz don't open me"

I like this boss, even if he is a little creepy.

Episode 10: The Entertainer Episode
Ah, after weeks he finally corrected him.

Why computer-themed heroes though?

Aww, their bosses / sempais are really nice this time around.

Episode 11: The Karaoke Bar Episode
Damnit, Kueppi, stop being relatable.

Daww, the bird couple are freakin' adorable.

Again, Kuepon, stop being relatable!

Episode 12: The Pizza Place Job
Shirokuma-senpai is as much of a stubborn dumbarse I am. I like him.

Argh, stop being cute, you two. I can only take so much bromancin'.

So, I can't say that this season was better or worse than the last, but it did devote a bit more time to developing our two cat lads and their friendship in between the odd jobs and odder bosses. I don't think it's as quirky as last season (I mean, there was less Sugiala!), but it's still a cute little series about kowtowing to our capitalist overlords and finding camaraderie along the way.

Final Score:
7.5 / 10
