To add my two cents, it's like a very half-baked Shirobako at best from my perspective. The moe and silly gags made me cringe kinda hard. I really prefer the more serious and realistic approach Shiro had going for it. However, the Seiyuu-specific stuff does have my attention but this really isn't going to be for many people at all unless you really like this kind of thing and don't mind cutesy shenanigans. It's just mildly okay.
Started watching this a few days ago. It's no Shirobako or Genshiken, but it's decent and entertaining enough. Also, I know the guy who did Hayate the Combat Butler was the artist of the manga, so is this set in the same universe?
