The long awaited second series started last night.

Being the fangirl that I am, I watched it raw (understood maybe a fourth of the Japanese, but still...)

Episode 1 spoilers
Oh my god Sunrise, you make me wait almost a year for this and don't answer any of my burning questions. Lelouch somehow forgot being Zero (I assume when after C.C. drowned with the mecha), and Kallen works as a bunny girl in a casino? Rollo is just there without any explanation, and why is Virret working in Lulu's school? I'm so confused right now. It was gorgeous and amazing, but I want answers. ;_;

I am most deffinitly going to watch R2... The other was good so I suppose that this one will be good as well... ^_^

A fourth is still a lot... :)

Against site rules to ask for / tell people where to find illegal downloads... A-P has deals with US companies for dvd reviews, etc. and they don't like that.

It aired around 4:00 AM eastern. ^^; I'm in a few Code Geass communities off the board which is how I knew about it.
I've had two years of Japanese study so far, but Geass is complicated so yeah, only a fourth. >.> *sigh* I need to watch more raw anime and practice my oral...

*Huge sight* Now me jealous... I am trying to get in language classes here in my country but I do not have the right sourches... Planned to take on English, Japanese and a few others but I do not know where to lay contacts... :crying: *sobs*

fucking nice! I had chills, man! haha! I find it funny how the first ep of S2 bore a striking resemblance to the first ep of S1, but in any case it surpassed it. The scene (you know the one) was just fucking perfect. Lelouche's hand motions are incredible. Fuck, I want a gif of those hand motions! Animation was downright sick in this ep, and Kallen was hawt as ever, plus there was a C.C. boob shot : O Overall great start, even if it did exactly what everyone was scared of, suddenly skipping a year ahead and acting like nothing happened, but came back very well.
 
I'm dying to watch ep. 01, but it's taking forever to download. I'm so glad this is out, Lelouch has to be one of the coolest anime characters ever.
 
Yes! The awesomeness is back and it does not disappoint! Loved the first ep of R2, waiting in anticipation for ep 2. Anyone know the schedule for release; like is it once every week?

but on a realistic note, i dont rem Lelouch even having a brother. maby he brain zapped em to be his brother after zapping his own memorys like yagomi light from deathnote.

I'm just going off the ED and what I've read along with some thinking...

Seems to be they planted Rollo as Lelouch's brother as a spy for the Emperor.

The animation was brilliant!!!! Now if only Sunrise could use the same animatiors in every single one of their animes.

Also, didnt anyone think that ep 1 of R2 was really offputting, i mean, the show has become really dark and tense now.

BTW: Karen+Bunny Suit+Kicking someone's ass=Fanboy heaven!
 
Episode 1: This beginning was everything and more than I hoped for. Seriously, if the entire series runs like this, I don't see it scoring any lower than 9.5 in my opinion. Loss of points for rewatchability, but that's about it.

PS. The animation quality has doubled aka nigh perfection.

PPS. Xinqe or whatever his name is - the Chinese guy with the sword - is gonna be a treat to watch, I can tell.
