Not updating an anime to say it's got a new episode?

As of when im looking right now it has already been updated. Every site update is manually done by site moderators nothing is automated, so sometimes we makes mistakes and miss stuff. In those cases we are reliant that users point out our mistake in the appropriate report locations >>> https://www.anime-planet.com/forum/forums/community-database-submissions.157/
