Since I have a Watch an anime by suggestion square, I come here to request some help!

I will favor short suggestion, like Movies and OVA. Let's keep the total length at under 3 hours.
Stuff without too much flashing lights or a very straining style to the eye (unlike Devilman Crybaby) would be appreciated. It can be from any origin, and language isn't a barrier as long as it's in either French, English, Korean or Japanese.
I loved "The Wind Rises" & "Guilty Crown" very much and I tend to enjoy Coming of Age, Supernatural and stuff that is based on a Manga (that way I can go read it if I enjoy watching it).

This was recommended to me because the person "wanted me to cry" (...Your guess is as good as mine... *Shrugs*), but I did not shed a single tear whilst watching this. Like...I don't understand what was sad about it? Did I miss something, or is it because I've watched so many anime the past 20+ years, it takes a LOT for an anime to make me cry? Anyway, I guess I'd give this a 3/5 if I were to rate it, because while it was good for what it was, I wouldn't consider it a huge favorite of mine.

If there was ever another season, you could bet that I'd watch it. Also, I'm happy that there is a Live-Action, which I find wonderful as well. 4/5 if I were to rate the anime.
