Berserk Manga vs Solo Leveling Mahnwa (No Spoilers Please!)

I have read two volumes of the Berserk Manga and watched 4 episodes of the Berserk 1997 anime so far, but I have not read Solo Leveling as of this post.

Maybe I'm playing favorites, but I've only done Berserk for now. Solo Leveling does look interesting though. The setting, the fantasy elements, and the character development. There are so many reasons why I love Berserk.

Yeah, I have a feeling to be honest people are going to praise it as "new and original" because it's a korean webtoon adaptation when it really isn't much different than other isekai power fantasies.

I'm still surprised Solo Levelling is rated higher than Berserk on this site. Berserk has excellent character development, good food for thought/philosophical ideas, sometimes impeccable artwork, an OP MC, and pretty cool fight scenes. Solo Leveling just has the latter two as far as I can tell.
