https://www.anime-planet.com/anime/neon-genesis-evangelion -Hideaki Anno worked on Evangelion when he was struggling with depression, so that's a dead giveaway that the anime is going to be sad.

I think you might like Shuffle! Just from my personal experience I found it quite emotional.I've just currently watched ef:a tale of memories I think I shred a tear or two.

If you want to watch a anime film I just re watched the girl who leapt through time that will make you cry for sure.
 
Wow, I had a whole bunch of recommendations for you, but then I checked your watched list and you've seen most of them hahaha. So I got only 2 left from what I can recall and different from what other users have already indicated: 1. A silent voice displays the relationship between an outcast boy that used to bully a girl and the actual girl who was bullied. 2. I don't know if you'll actually cry with this one, but Bokurano will sure make you feel lots of feelings, though a little slow-paced the anime shows a group of children that participate in a 'game' that puts their lives and the world's at risk; it is one of my favorite animes so if you watch it let me know what you thought about it!
