Manga where MC got his dog instead of his hand

When I was a kid I read a manga where the main character has his dog head instead of his hand, with a bracelet, and I can't remember what the title of this manga was...
I also remember that there was a guy who has snakes instead of his fingers, with rings
Does that mean anything to you?

I remember reading some of it too. Its a cool take on the Wizard of Oz mythology in manga format. But other than finding and buying the physical copies, that's probably the only way you're going to read it.

But you’re right, it looks like it can’t be found in scans, wow I was reading it in 2005, time goes by so fast...
