Depending on the length, now it should be getting to the real good parts. First season for the most part just adapted the early phases that were mostly introductory.

Hopefully it'll get to the parts about our boy Ishigami.

Started reading the manga not too long ago and it quickly became one of my favorites. Ohhhhhhh man I can't wait we're gonna get some great parts adapted for sure.

It's not that it was cheesy, the characters are just all so purely comedic that I can't take them seriously when involved in actual feelings or drama. Everyone becomes so basic when the comedy isn't present.

What a timeline. Most recent chapter of the series name dropped a male porn actor, and he later tweets a recommendation of the series and hopes he'll be cast for any porn parody.
