@TheAzureComet@Inu230@Nicknames Thank you for your suggestions! :) I think I've got the 80's and BL/GL square figured out with your help! J.C. Staff is still kinda up in the air though, mostly because I can't binge for shit so "short" for me is like... 6 episodes tops lol.
Looks like you haven't watched the TV series yet {it's on your WTW list} but watching the shorts might inspire you to get started on the 24 ep anime and get a J.C. in the bag for another potential square.
You can also knock these out in less than half an hour.

Unfortunately, this one doesn't have the required "based on a light novel" or "based on a novel" tag. If you think this is a mistake, you should suggest the tag be added and try again when it has been updated; otherwise, you could try claiming it for a different space it qualifies for instead.
Well, when did you watch it? If it was between July 1st and now, then you could certainly claim it; if it wasn't, then you'd need to re-watch it before the season deadline and mark it as such (there is an option in your list preferences that will prevent re-watches from counting toward your life on anime, if you don't want them counted). If it was since July 1st, just let us know and link to the appropriate page on your feed (it seems to be getting a bit crowded, and unfortunately there are almost no filtering or searching options to make it easier to find ><).

N5: Watch a comedy anime: Wasurenagumo Start Date: September 12
Finish Date: September 12
For being a comedy, that ending took a whole 360 to a more dark ending, yet the anime was kind of giving hints already. It was just...really unexpected to me.

This season was a big payoff with the story. Really happy with how everything turned out with Emma and Will. But I wonder how many details that weren't shown from the manga? Regardless, a 4.5/5.

HOTD has zombies, KOTIF has zombies, AOT has zombies, and now MHA has zombies. But the tone is played light with comedy, which fits pretty well with the series. It was interesting to see some of Tsuyu's personal life. The joke with Midoriya and the cake at the end felt like gold. Liked the zombies, its a 4/5.

They'll probably turn out to be ridiculously OP and have a harem of girls that swoon over them for no apparent reason...
I mean... uuhhh, nobody knows!

Alright, I need help figuring out short, minimally painful ways to fill in a few spaces on my card. Specifically:
an 80's anime
a J.C. Staff anime
a BL/GL anime (GL or shoujo-ai would be preferred I suppose, but as long as it's short and relatively painless I'll take what I can get...)
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... maybe I'll even consider letting you ask me to spend some of my reward points on your behalf :o
GL Citrus is worth the 12 episodes
JC Staff These 2 are on my want to watch list Shigofumi has 12 episodes and Cat Soup is a 1 episode OVA
80s Gunbuster for sure only 6 episodes
Edit: retracting Gunbuster since you've already seen it.
Alrighty, a couple quick things before we get to claims:
1) Don't forget, there's a group watch for the excellent Mamoru Hosoda movie Summer Wars beginning tomorrow and running through next Friday! This is the same guy who directed Wolf Children, Boy and the Beast, and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, so definitely worth watching :o
B) The end of the Summer season is fast approaching, which means the Fall season will be here just as soon. This is the point where I'd like to ask you all for your feedback! What can we do to continue improving the game and the AP community? Is there anything we can do to bring more life into the official ABC group watches? Are there anymore obvious tasks we missed? What do you like about ABC? What do you dislike? Help us make Fall the best season yet!
III) I'm currently expecting my schedule to start getting a lot more cramped during the Fall season for real life reasons, and @FriendlyDemon has expressed a similar concern. So, we're looking once more for anyone who can assist us in keeping up with claims! Ideal candidates should:
Have access to a computer (duh), Discord, and Google Drive through personal (i.e. not work or school) accounts that they are comfortable with the other people running the game seeing the name attached
Expect to have enough time to help out
Have a strong understanding of this game and its rules; being an active member of the AP community is a plus
Have good attention to detail
Love anime!
If you're interested, please contact me through conversations right here on AP! :)
