I never saw Yura as a love interest to Rikuo. Tsurara is the one and only love interest for Rikuo since she spends almost every minute by his side and is a Yokai herself.
I don't think the Yokai will be happy with Rikuo marrying an Onmyoji since they don't have a friendly relationship with each other.
