At first I thought Yui was alright, because she seemed like a good friend to Mika, but then after she got sucked back into The Universe of the Four Gods book, while Mika was still in the real world, after what happened to Yui in Kuto, she blamed Mika for it, which was stupid of Yui's character to do that, but then she later on trusted Nakago, a complete stranger & was jealous that Mika wanted to be with Tamahome, but later in the final Fushigi Yugi episode, she actually did something good.
Poor girl. Her sole purpose was to make Miaka look better. Her falling un love with Tamahome for no reason was such a crop out. The writers didn't do justice by her.
